Just a couple of days ago we were reporting how the beautiful however bad girl Lindsay Lohan had failed a drug test and was destined to more time in Rehab, however in news recently to hand the young lady has managed to discharge herself from the exclusive Utah clinic where she has been an unhappy guest for nearly two months.

She was seen leaving the treatment center on Friday afternoon with her father Michael who was according to reports carrying her luggage.

Insider reports also that Lindsay is set to return to her acting career shortly and will start filming “Dare to love me” on Oct 15th.

Following a failed drug test, Lindsay Lohan’s pending release from rehab has for now been put on hold. Although she had apparently finished her alcohol and drugs treatment last week, insiders report she tested positive for drugs and has now been banned from leaving the Cirque Lodge, in Utah.

There are even allegations that Lindsay may have sneaked vodka into the premises by water bottles, brought in by friends.

‘She smells like booze and the staff do nothing about it.’

Formally booked on driving under the influence misdemeanor charges was a quiet affair to day when Lindsay Lohan surrendered to police in Beverly Hills.

She was released on bail ($30,000) and was seen leaving court along with her attorney.

A court date was set for Aug. 24 in Superior Court in Beverly Hills.

The incident happened in the early morning hours of May 26, when the actress crashed her convertible after being seen earlier partying at Les Deux - a Hollywood nightspot.

Lohan had twice the allowed amount of alcohol in her system as well as traces of cocaine.
