Jessica “sixpack” Simpson is proud of her body again, after going through a slightly plumper stage she has been flaunting her new body in L.A over the weekend. In shorts and a cut off top, looking very much like her character in the Dukes of Hazzard - Daisy Duke, Jessica looked happy and relaxed.

In other news Sexy Simpson is apparently teaming up with legendary singer Willie Nelson for her next album. Jessica co-starred with Willie back in 2005 when filming the Dukes of Hazzard. After a disastrous last pop album this can only be a smart move for the Texas beauty.

When questioned about her plans Jessica had this to say..

“My next album is probably going to be with Willie Nelson. I’ve been wanting to do a country record because it’s in my roots.”

Thanks to assistance from trainer Harley Pasternak that she used to share with ex boyfriend John Mayer Jessica has shed around 20 pounds in only 8 weeks!

A diet of scrambled eggs, grapefruit and carrots are part of Pasternak’s ‘5 Factor Diet’. The diet allows one day off a week where the dieter can eat whatever they want - however apparently if on Pasternak’s diet they won’t feel like splurging out on fast foods.

Losing weight permanently normally requires a complete lifestyle change and that’s never easy when you are a celebrity. Lets see how Jessica gets on.

I read this article Jessica Simpson Uses Pussycat Dolls Moves on Guys in the Bedroom regarding how Jessica Simpson was using some new techniques behind closed doors.

“I love the way they dance. I do some of the moves myself but not in public - I keep that for the bedroom,” the Sun quoted her, as saying. “I love watching them. I take notes and then keep them for those private moments,” she added.
