Treadmills

If there is one form of exercise that really gets the heart racing and helps burn calories it is running on treadmills at high speed. Before I actually owned a treadmill myself I used to think they were quite a sedate workout, however once you try running at 10 MPH for a few minutes you will realize that a treadmill can be a very good workout indeed. If the sun is shining I prefer to go for a run outside however on rainy or cold days the treadmill is the perfect solution.
