Well one of the worst kept secrets in show biz is now out of the bag - its true J Lo is pregnant. After going to extraordinary lenghts to not let on it was finally let out of the bag last week when here designer and close friend Roberto Cavalli let it slip that each week she was getting larger forcing him to continually change his designs!

It is believed that she is now 4 months pregnant and there are of course rumors abound that she is carrying twins!
