Approximately 8 months ago Nicole Probert and Lisa Taylor were arrested and charged with running a house of prostitution in Gwinnett County’s Sugarloaf subdivision. Lisa Taylor is an exotic dancer with the stage name of Melissa Wolf. Before her latest adventures the now hardened looking Melissa Wolf was a Penthouse Pet of the Month.
Nicole Probert’s attorney, Steve Sadow said the case should be thrown out of court primarily because investigators illegally wiretapped both the lady’s phones last year.
That’s going to be the key pretrial issue – you can’t get a wiretap in a prostitution case in Georgia
Danny Porter the District Attorney disputed the illegal wiretap theory.
Lisa Taylor and Nicole Probert were arrested on January 3 of this year.
The decision will go to a judge in the fall.
