Formally booked on driving under the influence misdemeanor charges was a quiet affair to day when Lindsay Lohan surrendered to police in Beverly Hills.
She was released on bail ($30,000) and was seen leaving court along with her attorney.
A court date was set for Aug. 24 in Superior Court in Beverly Hills.
The incident happened in the early morning hours of May 26, when the actress crashed her convertible after being seen earlier partying at Les Deux - a Hollywood nightspot.
Lohan had twice the allowed amount of alcohol in her system as well as traces of cocaine.
