Jessica Simpson Sheds the Pounds - 20 of them!

Thanks to assistance from trainer Harley Pasternak that she used to share with ex boyfriend John Mayer Jessica has shed around 20 pounds in only 8 weeks!

A diet of scrambled eggs, grapefruit and carrots are part of Pasternak’s ‘5 Factor Diet’. The diet allows one day off a week where the dieter can eat whatever they want - however apparently if on Pasternak’s diet they won’t feel like splurging out on fast foods.

Losing weight permanently normally requires a complete lifestyle change and that’s never easy when you are a celebrity. Lets see how Jessica gets on.
