Nicole Richie will learn by the end of June whether she faces jail time similar to what has happened to Paris Hilton. Nicole was arrested for DUI in December 2006 and if convicted she will likely be jailed as she has a previous conviction from 2003.
Nicole and Paris have been friends since they were 2 years old, however many questions have been asked about the current status of their friendship after their recent and much publicised fight.
